There is no download required (although this is a free app that you can use if you would like to use it) and there is no extra cost to you.  Below is a list of things that will help you get the most our of your telehealth session.  The most important thing to know is that you can connect from any device, however if you connect through your computer (desktop or laptop), you need to use either the Google Chrome browser or the Microsoft Edge browser.  If you don’t already have one of these on your computer, they are fast and easy to install — just click on one of the browser name to download the free browser.

 
There are lots of do-it-yourself options for getting help from Doxy; click here for answers to common questions and to access how-to videos.  Doxy.me also has expert technical support, even one-on-one assistance if you need it – please let me know if you are interested in that kind of help.  If you run into an issue that you cannot solve,  please let me know as soon as possible before your session so we can make sure you are up and running in time for your appointment.
